Tottenham preparing to submit £60m offer for English midfielder soon

This news accompanies a report discussing Newcastle’s potential move for the English player. However, such a deal is considered unlikely due to the Magpies recently spending on Sandro Tonali.

Newcastle would supposedly need to offload a few players before committing to purchasing Maddison.
